Cookie policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies suhaco.cl uses, what they are for and how you can manage them.
Version 1.0 · Effective October 30, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, work in a similar way.
2. What we use
suhaco.cl does not set first-party or third-party cookies. We use no analytics tools, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. We only use browser storage for features you ask for:
| Type | Purpose | Name | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary (localStorage) | Save a draft of the contact form so you do not lose what you wrote. | contactoForm | Until you submit the form or click “Clear draft” |
| Necessary (sessionStorage) | Remember your answers in the project assistant while you use it. | suhaco-assistant-* | Until you close the tab or restart the assistant |
This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form or choose to continue on WhatsApp.
If you open an external link (for example WhatsApp or a client’s site), that site applies its own cookie policy.
3. Your consent
The storage above is essential to provide the feature you request, so it does not require prior consent. Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, the site shows no cookie banner. If we add any in the future, they will only run after you accept them and we will update this policy.
4. Managing them in your browser
You can clear the site’s storage from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge), or use “Clear draft” in the form and “Start again” in the assistant. If you block this storage, the site still works but cannot recover your drafts.
