Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of suhaco.cl and the enquiries and quotes requested through it. By using the site you confirm you have read them. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Protection where applicable.

Version 1.0 · Effective October 30, 2026

1. Who we are

suhaco.cl is operated by Harold Suarez La Coba, based in Chile, under the trade name Suhaco, an independent web design and development studio.

For questions or complaints you can reach us by:

2. Use of the site

You may use the site freely to learn about our services and request a quote. You may not use it to send spam, impersonate others, attempt to breach its security or overload the form. We may block requests that break these rules.

3. Services and information

Service descriptions and timelines on the site are for guidance only and are not a binding offer.

The scope, total price, timeline, payment terms and conditions of each project are set out in a written proposal we send after talking with you. The project starts when you accept that proposal in writing, and the proposal prevails over the general information on the site.

4. Prices and payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices are quoted in Chilean pesos or US dollars and state whether taxes are included. The site does not process payments: payment methods are agreed in the proposal.

5. Case studies and portfolio

Projects shown on the site are examples of our work. Names, brands, logos and content of those sites belong to their respective owners. Links to client sites open third-party sites we do not control.

6. Intellectual property

The text, designs, illustrations and code of this site belong to Suhaco or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of each project’s deliverables is defined in its proposal.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. We are not responsible for damage arising from linked third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

8. Personal data

We handle your data under our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

9. Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first: we want to fix it. If you contract as a consumer in Chile, you may also file a complaint with the National Consumer Service (SERNAC) at sernac.cl. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile; claims may be brought before the competent courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from publication; each project is governed by the accepted proposal and the version in force when it was accepted.
